took half day leave, accompanied sist to KK for checkups yesterday..
wow.. from 9+am all the way to 2pm
and fell asleep on the chair while waiting for her =x

bi and mummy came to find us..
then went to the market for our lunchie.
had ba-ku-teh !! my favourite !!
reached office around 3+pm..
farewell dinner for our Mr Low after work.
went to 'Josh & Joey's'.. had steaks! it was yummy!
i'm lovin' beef =p
then to training again... tired tired.. reach home 12+ le =/
